In our fast-paced lives, truly switching off can be a challenge. Our Guided Relaxation and Hypnotic Rest sessions are designed to gently guide you into a profound state of peace, helping you find deep rest for your body and mind.

What is a Hypnotic Rest Session?

This practice is a form of deep, guided relaxation where I use a soothing voice to help you enter a state of focused calm. It's a natural state that we all experience, similar to daydreaming or that feeling right before you fall asleep. In this state, your mind is more open to receiving positive, calming suggestions, helping you release tension and find mental clarity.

You will remain fully aware and in control throughout the session, simply allowing my voice to guide you to a place of profound stillness and calm. It’s not about losing control, but about gaining a deeper connection to your own peace.

In these sessions, you will:

  • Release deep-seated stress and physical tension.

  • Find a quiet space for your over-active mind.

  • Enhance your body's natural ability to heal and restore.

  • Cultivate a sense of inner calm that you can carry with you.

What to Bring for Your Comfort:

For your ultimate comfort, please bring:

  • Your own mat (yoga or exercise mat). Don't worry if you don't have one, we have mats available for you to use!

  • A comfortable pillow for head and neck support.

  • A warm blanket or throw. As your body relaxes deeply, a cozy blanket will enhance your experience.

  • Anything else that helps you feel completely at ease (e.g., an eye mask, extra socks).
